Due to the inadequacy ...  Read More The present article aims at presenting a model for explaining relationship between industry and University in the view of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic revolution. Due to the inadequacy of the presented models in the literature for explaining the relationship between industry and University and obtaining data tailored to the field of study, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used. This theory explains a process, an action, or an interaction on a large scale. This is an inductive and explorative method that allows researchers in various fields to make their own theory by comparing observations, rather than relying on existing theories. The date gathered through the text of the statement by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic revolution in a meeting whit university students and professors available on his site. By categorizing the concepts, sub-categories and the finding of the core category, using the open, axial and selective codification of the relationship between industry and University's forming categories and the relations between them, emerged in the form of a paradigmatic model that included the causal conditions (8 categories), the environmental conditions (1 categories). contextual conditions (4 categories), the core category (Meeting the basic needs of the country), the strategy (1 categories) and the consequences (4 categories).

And designing a model of the intellectual-Islamic system of Dr. Seyed Reza Seyed Javadin with a galactic approach. The present study is paradigmatic, interpretive, purposeful, fundamental and exploratory in nature. The tools of data collection were library studies and filing. The statistical sample was selected in full and in an accessible way. The results showed that out of about 140 works written and researched by him, 674 variables were extracted which by combining and combining them, finally 24 categories were classified and compiled. Finally, based on the dimensions, proximity of concepts and their relationship with the central core, using metaphorical science, three galactic orbits are designed and the category of human resource management as the core of the sun and the categories of principles of management, organizational behavior, organizational characteristics, Islamic management, leadership, management Knowledge, entrepreneurship, consumer behavior, recruitment and recruitment and marketing as planets were placed in specific orbits. The results showed that Dr. Seyed Javadin's Islamic-intellectual system can be used as a specific framework and foundation in the science of Islamic human resource management for the use of managers and professors in educational environments, industries, and enterprises. Also, research gaps and pristine research opportunities in the field of management, especially Islamic management, can be identified through this model.

In the interim , natural disasters, organizational violations, terrorist attacks, and epidemics have posed challenges for organizations. In order to help organizations with pervasive crises, this study seeks to identify crisis response strategies and examine their role in firm performance based on the moderating role of demographic factors. The present research is practical in terms of purpose , And its statistical population includes managers of Iranian Firm in various industries. Research data has been obtained using the available method from among 384 managers of Iranian Firm and through cyberspace. Confirmatory factor analysis technique and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used to evaluate the construct validity and reliability of the instruments, and the structural equation method using SmartPLS software was used to test the research hypotheses. Therefore, the present study intends to explain the position of moral principles and values in politics from the perspective of Aristotle and Imam Ali (AS) by analytical-comparative method. The findings of the research show that both emphasize the inseparable connection between ethics and politics. But nevertheless, Aristotle, as the representative of ancient Greece, considers living according to virtue as the criterion for the desirability of political society and the attainment of prosperity. But according to the monotheistic worldview of Imam Ali (AS), he considers Sharia as an integral element of politics and introduces the best kind of politics as divine politics. These principles and values are so important to them that they immediately choose the divine morals and values in the conflict between politics and these principles. In fact, government is a means to achieve and govern religious values and moral principles in human society.

These competencies increase the student's ability for modern social life. The current research has been done with the aim of providing a model to identify the effective factors in the focal management competencies of higher education management doctoral students, first by reviewing the literature, the most important components affecting the focal management competencies of the students were calculated and by collecting experimental data and The method of structural equation modeling, the proposed framework for the validation of the final research model is presented. Based on the findings of the research and the values related to the coefficient of paths in the final model of the research, all the variables (scientific, research and specialized skills, cultural and social factors, operational skills, organizational culture, employment-generating skills, general skills) as a result of fitting And the analysis of the structural equations, the path coefficient above 0.5 and the t-statistic with less than 0.5 with a confidence level of 95% have been obtained and all of them have been confirmed and are significant. Likewise, the calculation and analysis of fit indices with PLS3-Smart software has confirmed the conformity of the conceptual framework and the empirical background with reality.

And on the other hand, it investigates the obstacles of the Pahlavi government for the prosperity of the society. The research method is based on analytical-descriptive strategy based on library studies and its results show that Ayatollah Taleghani considers the Shura-based democracy as a desirable model of government for the progress of man and society and an alternative to Western examples.

The present research is descriptive-survey in terms of nature and in terms of data collection method and is of mixed type and based on content analysis and structural equations. The statistical population of the study in the qualitative section included 13 experts and in the quantitative section 179 social workers in Fars, Bushehr, Kohkiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces in 1397. Sampling method In the quantitative part, random sampling was proportional to the size of the population. Data collection tools included semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. This research has been done in three consecutive phases. At first, using the content analysis, the components affecting the hypocritical behaviors, in the second phase, the components were graded using the interpretive structural modeling method; Finally, in the final phase of the research, the model (the model obtained from the second phase) was validated using a quantitative survey. The power of influence and the degree of dependence of the factors affecting the hypocritical behaviors of managers were also examined. Meanwhile, maritime law mainly includes issues of ships and open waters. Therefore, the rights related to vessels have remained isolated in the literature of maritime law. This research has been done by analytical-descriptive method. The research question is, what are the challenges in the field of marine transportation by boat from the point of view of administrative law? While examining administrative problems in the way of sea transportation in low tonnage, it was concluded that despite the establishment of regulations for the importation of goods of less than 500 tons by sailors, by the government board, the attention of jurists to this matter is still small and it needs attention. The implementation of the said regulation is still facing implementation problems due to the lack of attention to infrastructure. One of the requirements of this important implementation is the coordination between maritime organizations, customs, ports and shipping and several other institutions. In this way, managers can focus on them and find ways to improve, while promoting tourism destinations and provide them with the possibility of competitiveness. This research is descriptive-analytical and in terms of methodology, it is among mixed method. In the qualitative section, interview tools were used to collect data and were analyzed by thematic analysis method. Thus, the components of integrated management, macro and institutional approach to tourism, stakeholders, tourism delegation, interrelationship between governance and entrepreneurship, obstacles to tourism development, tourism ecosystem, tourism culture, entrepreneurship in tourism, governance indicators and levels Governance was identified and classified in four main dimensions: structural-institutional factors, tourism ecosystem, entrepreneurship in tourism and governance in tourism. In the quantitative part, in order to identify priority dimensions and components, the findings were prepared in the form of a questionnaire and distributed among the target population, and after collecting the resulting data, they were analyzed using the importance-performance matrix. Based on this, in tourism destination governance with an entrepreneurial approach, the components of delegation, the business environment and the levels of governance and the dimensions of the tourism ecosystem, structural/institutional factors and governance in tourism are in priority for improvement, respectively.

Therefore, the main goal and focus of this research is on the issue of what are the dimensions and components of urban governance and their prioritization in Tehran Municipality? The research method is combined from the point of view of practical purpose and the method of data collection. The required information has been collected by two methods of library studies and field method using a questionnaire. In the qualitative part of the statistical society, in order to identify indicators, two groups of academic and urban governance experts have been formed in the number of 20 people who have specific conditions. In this section, fuzzy Delphi method is used. A descriptive-survey method has been used in a small part of the method. The statistical population of this department includes employees of Tehran Municipality and the sample size is 85 people, which was calculated using Cochran's formula. The tool used in this section is a questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis method is partial least squares using SmartPLS software. The results indicate that 9 factors of effectiveness, implementation of laws, approval of laws, collective agreement, transparency, justice, responsibility, participation and accountability play a role in the urban governance model. Also, among the nine factors, justice has a higher rank than other dimensions.

The financial supervision law in our country prohibits receiving financial aid from unconventional sources. In France, there is no complete ban on receiving these aids and depending on the political history and reputation of the candidates, the ceiling of the source of each aid is different. This research was carried out by analytical-descriptive method with the aim of comparison between two models and it also examined the applicability of the French model in the country. It was concluded that the current model of financial supervision in the country has an Islamic aspect in terms of supporting the rule of "negation by a whisker", but its implementation guarantees are not well taken into account. In France, despite the complexity of the regulatory model, there are better guarantees for the predicted non-violation and the efficiency of this model is better. However, the existing regulatory mechanism in France is a guarantee for the implementation of this model, which cannot be implemented in our country. Therefore, it can be said that there is no executive-administrative document of the United Nations. In this research, the effect of the administrative flow of the United Nations on the important legal principle of resorting to force has been investigated by analytical-descriptive method. It was concluded that the secretariat of the UN institutions had a high authority to determine the time and manner of conducting the meetings, which can become a kind of time-buying factor. At the same time, the interpretive theory of the partial secretary can sometimes be a factor in leaving the topic off the agenda. Therefore, the minor secretary can base his interpretation comments on the draft resolution. Such acts of influence through administration are mainly evident during the affairs of the General Assembly. Also, the relationship of the United Nations with external institutions such as the International Atomic Energy Agency and the International Court of Justice is ambiguous, which can cause problems in the administrative process of sending files from those institutions to the United Nations. Therefore, the solution to remove such acts of influence is to limit the administrative affairs of the United Nations to the sources of written rights and remove the legal effect of the interpretive opinions of the secretaries, at the same time, the legal powers of the Secretary General can also be increased.

On the other hand, the family, as the main pillar, the condition for the dynamism and stability of the Islamic society, requires progress in both the worldly and the hereafter. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method, examines the role of "reciprocity" in strengthening the family against virtual space in positive and negative dimensions as a model based on the teachings of the Iranian Islamic model of progress. The findings show that; "Reciprocity" based on "globalization" and creating a platform for "religious lifestyle" against the harms of virtual space, including; Weakening of "religious lifestyle" and "family foundation" causes family stability. While striving for his worldly and hereafter happiness, a reciprocating person is effective in the happiness of other family members. By creating the world and drawing the horizons, dos and don'ts, wants and desires, Christianity actually realizes a style of life in which the foundation of the family has a special strength and unlike the spider's foundation; It will not waver. In such a lifestyle, it can and should be faced with new technologies such as; Virtual space played an active and not passive role. Therefore, the reluctance to virtual space technology plays a role in both positive and negative aspects as a model based on Iranian Islamic teachings of progress.

Therefore, the current research aims to identify the Features of the country’s scientific community in the direction of advance from the perspective of Imam Khamenei. The statistical population of the research is the statements of the Supreme Leader from 1390-1401, among which his statements in the meeting with the country’s scientific community were also examined. In this research, in order to achieve accurate findings, a Qualitative approach with the foundation data method was used; for this purpose, MAXQDA 2020 software was used for data analysis. After reading all the data in the software environment and coding in three stages and merging and removing duplicate codes, finally, 204 open codes and 5 core codes were identified, all of which are in the subset of selective codes of the characteristics of the country’s scientific community. From the point of view of Imam Khamenei, they were placed in order to progress. Accordingly, 58 codes in the field of individual characteristics, 47 codes in the area of technical characteristics, 23 codes in the field of religious characteristics, 32 codes in a lot of belief characteristics, 21 codes in the field of cultural characteristics, and 22 codes were identified in the area of social characteristics.

Therefore, participation has been considered as a basic tool for strengthening legitimacy, public trust and improving the transparency of decision-making processes in governance systems. The current research was carried out with the aim of designing the Iranian Islamic model of public policy with the approach of participation of specialized institutions. In terms of practical purpose, the research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) with a sequential exploratory approach and in terms of the nature of data collection, 385 indicators have been counted in the form of 40 basic themes, 16 organizing themes and 6 overarching themes. The final model of the research is based on the findings in the form of 6 inclusive themes including recognition and understanding of the public problem, public policy agenda, design and formation of public policy, implementation of public policy, evaluation of public policy and change or termination of public policy. and related suggestions have been taken into consideration.

And in order to sample and determine the research sample space, random stratified sampling method was used and according to Morgan's table, 242 people were considered as the research sample. In the following, a questionnaire tool was used to collect the research data. For this purpose, in order to measure the variables of two jobs from the questionnaire of Sima and Sachdeva (2019) (questions 1 to 7), job satisfaction from the questionnaire of Brayfield and Root (1971) (questions 8 to 14) and organizational commitment from the questionnaire of Modidi et al. (1979) questions 15 to 18) were used. Data analysis is presented in two sections, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. In the descriptive part, the sociological information related to the research sample is stated, and in the inferential statistics part, due to the non-normal distribution of the data, PLS software and the structural equation method were used to analyze the data. The results of this research showed that the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees is a positive effect. , the effect of job satisfaction on employees' dual jobs has a negative effect, the effect of organizational commitment on employees' dual jobs has a negative effect, and job satisfaction through organizational commitment has an indirect and significant effect on employees' dual jobs

Civil laws have not explicitly discussed this type of responsibilities and only criminal laws have paid attention to this issue. It seems that from the point of view of civil lawyers, establishing civil liability for legal entities is an obvious thing that does not need to be mentioned in the laws. This research was conducted in an analytical-descriptive method and its purpose is to analyze the Iranian model of the implementation of civil laws on legal entities and at the same time compare it with a similar model in England. In Iran's legal system, the issue of civil liability has been discussed and the compensation for damages caused by the fault of the persons should be done by the culprits. The legal systems of Iran and England emphasize the responsibility of legal persons in this regard, but it is possible to file a lawsuit on behalf of legal persons from the personnel due to causing damage. It is recognized only in Iranian law. The legal system of England has directly considered the manager of the company and the group to be criminally responsible for the crimes of the accident and has not considered specific punishments for the legal person. This is despite the fact that in Iran's legal system, special punishments for legal entities such as the prohibition of activity and liquidation are not provided, and punishments such as retribution are not assigned to legal entities.

It was concluded that free investigation regarding the facts cannot be considered absolute and such freedom has not been granted anywhere in the world. Therefore, social interests have demanded that comments regarding some historical events are criminalized, which can be part of Islamic sacredness. At the same time, even if the statements are true, there should be limits for research in this field. In our country, the death penalty for those who insult Islamic holy things has been provided, which completes the Islamic model of this matter, but there was no discussion about social expediency, which requires the attention of criminal legislators in this regard. The Islamic Penal Code is also not complete in this regard, so it is suggested to determine the punishments for denying some historical events.

On the other hand, the Supreme Leader ‎‎(Madazla Al-Ali) repeatedly, especially in the statement of the second step of the revolution, pointed out the ‎importance of human capital and emphasized the use of these irreplaceable capitals to solve the problems of ‎the society and the country. had. Based on this, the aim of the present research is to present the architectural ‎model of defense human capital based on the text of the declaration of the second step of the Islamic ‎Revolution. The current research method is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of research ‎method with foundational data approach. The statistical population includes the text of the statement of the ‎second step of the revolution, which has been analyzed and conceptualized using the systematic process of ‎open, central and selective coding. The validity of the research was evaluated through the coding process at two ‎different times by the researcher and the reliability was also evaluated using the four representative criteria of ‎Parker and Rafi (1997). The findings indicate 312 open codes, 63 core codes and 24 selective codes. The results ‎are also in the form of a conceptual model of defense human capital architecture based on the statement of ‎the second step with six variables including; Causal, contextual, intervening factors, central phenomenon, ‎strategies and consequences are presented.‎

In western countries, these two are separated and the simultaneous use of two models of representation is prohibited. This research has been done by analytical-descriptive method. Its purpose is to compare the Islamic-Iranian model of advocacy with its western model. It was concluded that the common law of most western countries did not provide a definition of representation and left this important to the executive process. Therefore, at the place of execution, the difference between the two types of attorneys is evident and the simultaneous use of judicial and civil attorneys is prohibited. As a result, the possibility of lawyers abusing their powers has decreased, which is considered a preventive measure against crime. Influenced by the Islamic-Iranian model of our country, according to the respectable jurists, a definition of advocacy has been implemented, and there is no definition of the profession of advocacy in other legal sources. Therefore, in the first place, it is necessary to state the exact definition of legal representation and then separate their nature and legal effects from each other. The executive system of our country is not able to influence the subject's rights like the western executive system.

Therefore, it is classified ...  Read More The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate the curriculum model in order to realize entrepreneurial capabilities among architecture students. Therefore, it is classified in the category of applied research, with the nature and method of descriptive-survey research of the correlation type. Using the two-stage cluster sampling method, 430 architecture students from all over the country were selected as the statistical population and the designed questionnaire was provided to them. The extracted data were analyzed by correlation method of structural equations and partial least squares method with the help of SPSS and PLS Smart software. The results of data processing showed that the elements of the architecture curriculum are effective in realizing the various effectiveness of entrepreneurship education. The curriculum has had the greatest impact on the realization of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, and the teaching method was identified as the most important element among the curriculum elements. Also, the studies showed that there is a positive correlation between education, employment status and the type of university with the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, and no correlation was found between it and the genetic factor. This research is an important step in the direction of realizing the Iranian Islamic progress model in the field of entrepreneurship education by evaluating the existing curriculum and strengthening the strengths and eliminating the existing shortcomings, which can provide an independent model and predict the necessary actions and decisions for the future based on the existing conditions.

The current descriptive research was conducted with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. The statistical population of the research included elites and top talents of the country, 35 people were selected for the interview stage in a targeted way and 50 people were selected to complete the questionnaire. MAXQDA software was used to analyze qualitative data and SPSS software was used for quantitative data.After analyzing the data, 63 themes and initial concepts were extracted. By studying several times, the obtained themes were adjusted and modified, and the network of obtained research themes included 3 main themes and 20 sub-themes. The results of quantitative research have confirmed the existence of a gap between the current situation and the desired situation. After repeated follow-ups by the Ports and Shipping Organization and the National Iranian Oil Tanker Company, the bill for establishing a maritime court was sent to the parliament, which still remains ignored. This research was carried out using a descriptive analytical method and its purpose is to evaluate the Iranian model of resolving maritime disputes. It was concluded that specific details such as time and place limits in some issues were not included in the new bill and at the same time qualifications were not considered. Therefore, the current model, assuming success, is flawed and needs to be revised. It is necessary to pay attention to the concerns of both national oil tankers and ports and shipping companies. At the same time, it is recommended that the Islamic Council should expedite the review of the said bill.

This research has studied Relief Committee of Gilan. Data was collected by qualitative method and observation and interview techniques with employees (8 people) and managers (7 people) of Gilan Relief Committee, along with studying documents. We analyzed collected data by thematic analysis method. Data were categorized and analyzed in three main categories: clients, employees and organization.In category of clients, the culture of dependence, being a creditor, and mistrust were identified, in category of employees, having a top-down view, low technical skills, and not having up-to-date and relevant knowledge were discussed. Finally, in category of organization, inattention to research, centralized structure, lack of transparency and accountability, parallel institutions, inefficiency, paternalistic support, conservatism and reductionism were mentioned.

The findings of this research indicate that the soft power indicators of the Islamic University with emphasis on the thought of Imam Khamenei include the spirit of scientific self-belief and hope for the future, anti-enemy, spiritualism, provincialism and political independence in such a way as to create cultural transformation. In the research of Surah Ma'edah, it was done with the method of content analysis, which is one of the methods of qualitative content analysis, and the validity of the data is based solely on the interpretation rules of the text based on the method of thematic interpretation, and the purpose of this action is to achieve an advanced divine political model, which ultimately We reached 60 basic themes from the desired verses and 16 organizing themes and 4 inclusive themes, which include the centrality of the book and divine commandments, the centrality of the imam and the divine leader, role and function.Human beings, the confirmation of divine political progress in the holy books, divine guidance and providence, the superiority of the model of political progress of Islam over other models, the necessity of adherence to piety, and in the next step, the aforementioned themes become universal themes. In this type of arbitration; The litigants, the arbitrator and the judiciary have legal authority. In our country, due to the limitation of compulsory arbitration, this dispute resolution method is not widely discussed and its importance needs to be expressed. This research, using an analytical-descriptive method, aims to study the comparative will of the arbitrators in the course of compulsory arbitration in the two legal names of Iran and France. It was concluded that the country of France, having a comprehensive arbitration law, while determining mandatory arbitration for all specialized disputes and determining executive regulations for it, as well as mentioning arbitration tactics to resolve the dispute, limited the will of the parties to the dispute and the arbitrator in the principle of arbitration in order to comply with the law. Better stick to it. In our country, examples of compulsory arbitration are listed only in a few scattered legal sources, and the arbitrator has the will to determine the arbitration tactic, and the will of the parties to the dispute is evident in choosing the dispute resolution authority. With the aim of protecting citizens' rights during disputes, it is necessary to formulate executive rules for compulsory arbitration and to increase the authority of the judiciary in some compulsory arbitration issues by limiting the will of the parties to the dispute and the arbitrator.

The research approach is mixed and phenomenological. The tools of data collection were semi-structured interviews in the qualitative part and questionnaires in the quantitative part (structural-interpretive modeling, Delphi-fuzzy and model validation). The statistical community of human resource management specialists and expert managers of National Bank with more than 15 years of experience in human resources affairs is working. The sampling was based on a purposeful and criteria-based method and theoretical saturation was reached with 12 interviewers. Using thematic analysis, damages in three parts; Financial external service compensation, non-financial external service compensation and internal service compensation were identified. Then, in order to measure the reliability of the identified factors, the Kappa index was used, which was obtained as 0.785. In the next step, the Delphi-fuzzy technique was used to screen the indicators, and the results showed the confirmation of 14 main themes and 87 sub-themes identified as factors of the service compensation system from the experts' point of view. Then, using exploratory factor analysis, the KMO sampling adequacy index has been obtained as 0.950, which indicates that the research data can be reduced to a number of underlying and fundamental factors, and also the value (39661) in Bartlett's test at the error level of 0.01 It is significant, which indicates the correlation between indicators.

For this reason, it is necessary to identify the factors affecting it so that solutions can be provided to improve merit selection. Therefore, according to the importance of the topic, the study has investigated the design of the merit selection model for primary school teachers. Methods: The method is qualitative that was conducted using a semi-structured interview. The participants are experts from faculty members, management specialists, and those involved in merit selection in 2021-2023. The sampling is qualitative and is done purposefully with the experts' network technique. 10 people have participated in the interview. Results: Based on the interviews, the results show that the factors influencing the merit selection of primary school teachers are: 1) Causal factors (social capital, specifying criteria and standards, the commitment of senior management, professional interview); 2) background factors (structure, culture, justice, and policy-making); 3) intervention factors (relationalism, non-transparent mechanism, lack of attention to meritocracy, lack of obligation to comply with laws); 4) strategies (having a vision, analysis of conditions, analysis of resources, monitoring, and evaluation), the components of merit selection (knowledge and awareness, skills and abilities, personality traits, professional ethics), and the consequences of merit selection (selection of meritorious people, matching the job with the employee; administrative health; increasing productivity; organizational excellence). Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be said that many causal, interventional, and contextual factors and strategies affect the selection of primary teachers, which should be paid attention to.

In this research, the selected behavioral insight institutions in the government level and international institutions are analyzed according to different aspects using the comparative study method and content analysis, and the result is a framework of the basic characteristics of the behavioral insight units. The key aspects identified for behavioral insight units in this research are: the goals and missions, the expertise working in the behavioral insight units and the way of employing these experts, the activities, the way of funding and the structure of the behavioral insight units. Ten selected behavioral insight organizations have been studied and analyzed according to the mentioned aspects in this research.

These behaviors cause hypocrisy and administrative losses, which reduce organizational productivity; Therefore, awareness of the factors affecting political behavior in government organizations prevents the occurrence of challenges and plays an important role in limiting these behaviors.The main goal of this research is to design a model of political behavior in Iran's National Standards Organization. The research is developmental in terms of purpose, mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of data type and its analysis method. In the qualitative part, by studying the background and research literature, dimensions and factors affecting political behaviors were identified. During interviews with 18 senior managers of the organization and academic experts, the themes were determined by thematic analysis method. Qualitative findings are 118 basic themes (indicators), 23 organizing themes (components) and seven overarching themes (dimensions).In the quantitative part, it was done with structural-interpretive modeling, leveling and determination of relationships between components. The components (pressure of the organization's political environment for decision-making, lack of structure of activities and ambiguity in the role and destructive organizational culture) are the most effective factors and conductors of others. The result of the confirmatory factor analysis test indicates the validity of the structure. In this sense, identifying, selecting and employing competent and efficient managers should be considered one of the main challenges and concerns of organizations, especially military organizations. Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of compiling the competency model of AJA managers and validating it. The design of the research is qualitative and the research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect information, it is a case study type. The participants included 15 experienced managers and commanders with excellent resumes from the AJA Command and Staff University. Sampling was done with a purposeful snowball method and a semi-structured interview. The data was analyzed and coded with the help of MAXQDAv2020 software and by thematic analysis method, and to validate the research model, the acceptability indices of Strauss and Corbin; The technique of visiting by members and the approach of self-review by the researcher have been used. The findings of the research show that the competence model of AJA managers includes 56 components and 8 dimensions; Behavioral competencies (individual-personality), military leader, professional ethics, managerial, value, economic, knowledge and networking.
